Whether you’re here for work, a move, or a change of pace, my hope is simple: that you feel comfortable, cared for, and free to make yourself at home.
Meet Mark, your host...
I’m Mark Allen, the owner and hands-on creator of Healing Path. I love making things, working in the gardens, and turning everyday spaces into places that feel special. Much of what you’ll find here reflects that love of creativity, nature, and thoughtful details.
As your on-site host, I’m available for questions and local recommendations, while respecting your privacy and independence. I want you to enjoy your own rhythm here—with a friendly face nearby when you need one.
Healing Path grew from a deeply personal chapter of my life. When Ona, my wife and love of nineteen years, died of cancer in 2024, everything changed. Our journey taught me how much tenderness, presence, and the simple comforts of daily life can matter during difficult times.
After her passing, I began putting that understanding into the home and gardens around me. Creating Healing Path became a way to carry love forward—to offer others a beautiful place to rest, find their footing, and enjoy whatever chapter life is bringing them.
