Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing to stay at Healing Path Bed & Breakfast & Wellness Spa.
We understand plans can change, and we strive to offer clarity and fairness in our policies.

To reserve your room, a deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at booking.

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit, plus tax; no refund will be provided.

If you shorten your stay or depart early, the full amount for the originally booked stay will be charged; no refund will be given.

If we are able to re-book your room for the same dates after your cancellation, we will refund you the amount equal to the new booking revenue we receive, minus a $25 processing fee.

In the event of unforeseeable emergencies (e.g., medical, travel restrictions) please contact us directly; we will evaluate exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
We encourage our guests to consider travel insurance to protect against loss due to unexpected cancellation.
